Samana Developers has announced its latest project, the Samana Barari Twin Towers, in Majan Dubai.

With an investment of AED1.4 billion ($381 million), this luxury residential complex is set to be the developer’s biggest and most expensive undertaking to date.

Covering a vast area of 1.6 million square feet, the Samana Barari Twin Towers will consist of two towers with 54 floors.

The development will offer a total of 1,338 apartments, catering to the needs of both local and foreign investors.

The completion and handover of the project are scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
